Welfare Group portfolio company Prop.com, the global real estate investment and asset manager, has signed a sponsorship agreement with Dutch professional golfer Wouter de Vries for the 2026 calendar year. The partnership extends Prop.com’s sports sponsorship portfolio into professional golf, building on the firm’s established presence in motorsport with MP Motorsport and Huub van Eijndhoven plus international show jumping.

De Vries recently secured a permanent place on the HotelPlanner Tour, the main pathway to the DP World Tour and the highest level of professional golf in Europe. Three years into a focused push for promotion to the DP World Tour, he has built his sporting career alongside an active entrepreneurial network through the ‘Golfvrienden Membership’, a community programme he hosts for business owners and senior executives.

Wouter de Vries, professional golfer, said:

“I am very proud to announce our partnership with Prop.com. Prop.com is redefining access to real estate investment through data, identifying opportunities, and delivering performance. What connects us? Discipline, determination, and getting results — both in business and in sports.”

Robin Ubaghs, Chairman and Co-Founder of Welfare Group and CEO of Prop.com, added:

“We are delighted to welcome Wouter to the Prop.com family as we expand our presence in professional golf. The qualities that define Wouter’s game — precision, discipline and a relentless focus on performance — are exactly the qualities we apply across Welfare Group including Prop.com.”

Under the 2026 agreement, the Prop.com logo will appear on De Vries’s tournament apparel across the HotelPlanner Tour season. The partnership also includes Prop.com golf days in the Netherlands hosted by De Vries with a structured programme of training, on-course play and competition. A Prop.com representative will join the Golfvrienden programme for the year, taking part in six events designed around elite-athlete training principles and community-building.

The agreement reflects the Welfare Group approach of building partnerships that combine brand visibility with shared operating values. Prop.com’s sports portfolio now spans motorsport, show jumping and golf — disciplines that share a common emphasis on data-led preparation, precision under pressure and long-term performance, mirroring the technology-driven investment philosophy that defines Prop.com’s approach to global real estate.
