How Welfare Group and its regulated subsidiaries collect, use, and protect personal data.
Welfare Group · Privacy and Data Protection Agreement
At Welfare Group, safeguarding your privacy and ensuring data security are of paramount importance. This Agreement sets out our practices concerning the collection, utilization, and protection of personal data we obtain from you.
This Privacy and Data Protection Agreement applies to Welfare Brothers Global Limited, a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) under registration number CL 12483. Welfare Brothers Global Limited is referred to in this document as "Welfare Group".
By using this website, the user consents to be bound by this document and the documents listed below. In the event of any conflict between these documents, precedence shall be given in the following order:
This Agreement applies exclusively to Welfare Group's principal website, associated subdomains, officially endorsed social media platforms, and all promotional content circulated within those channels (the "Covered Media"). Data is collected through various channels including, but not limited to, electronic mail, chat correspondence, helpdesk engagements, web form submissions, and telephone interactions.
Pursuant to legal, compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, we may also collect specific Know Your Customer (KYC) data. Users should note that this Agreement pertains solely to the Covered Media.
Welfare Group accepts no liability for data collected through unsanctioned channels, insecure transmissions, public forums, user-generated submissions, or any platform not expressly covered by the definition of "Covered Media". Users are advised to exercise diligence when engaging with external or unverified platforms and to review their specific data privacy terms.
Personal data is collected to provide the services requested by users, in line with applicable sectoral regulations. Data is always collected through fair and lawful means and on the basis of informed user consent. The rationale for data collection and its intended use are disclosed to users.
We safeguard stored data through commercially reasonable protective measures consistent with prevailing data security standards. Our online interfaces, digital client portals, and transactional modules are secured with SSL/TLS certificates issued under the ISRG Policy Management Authority.
Users may request the erasure of their data, which will be carried out unless overridden by a statutory or contractual obligation. Links to external entities not managed by us fall outside our jurisdiction; we disclaim liability for their privacy practices. Users should verify that connections are secure (indicated by a padlock icon adjacent to the URL) and promptly report any non-secure connection to Welfare Group.
A refusal to provide personal data may limit our ability to provide services. Restrictions on data processing may likewise affect specific service offerings. Welfare Group does not currently use automated decision-making or profiling; any future use of such mechanisms will require a policy revision and notice to users.
Direct marketing communications from Welfare Group always include an opt-out option. Concerns or suggestions regarding data management can be directed to our contact channels.
We collect personal identifiers including names, addresses, contact details, IP data, browsing data, transactional details, and site activity logs in order to provide our services.
Consent is obtained prior to data use and can be withdrawn at any time. Personal data is treated as confidential, save for mandatory disclosures required by law or in the event of a contractual breach.
Welfare Group processes the following personal data: full name; address; telephone number; email address; IP address for geo-location purposes; internet browser and device type for optimization purposes; payment details (including, but not limited to, wallet ID, transaction IDs, bank account or credit card number, cash transaction receipts); website and web-application activity details; and any other data actively provided by you — for example, through website profile creation, correspondence, or telephone interactions.
For Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) purposes: identification documents, proof of address, photographs, and geolocation data via IP may be collected and monitored.
By using our services for transactions, credit card verification, orders, or acquisitions, you provide implied consent for data collection specific to that transaction or service.
Official notices and material updates from Welfare Group are not categorised as email marketing. For secondary purposes such as marketing, explicit consent is sought with the option to refuse. Following an opt-in, consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to [email protected].
Welfare Group may share personally identifying information with subsidiaries and other legal entities within the Welfare Group for purposes including, but not limited to, enhancing service delivery, maintaining operational integrity, and safeguarding the interests of our users and stakeholders. This sharing is fundamental to our ability to offer coherent and comprehensive services across our corporate family.
Unless required by law or in the event of a breach of our Terms of Website Service, Welfare Group does not disclose personally identifying information to unrelated third parties. To object to data processing based on our legitimate interest, you may send a formal notice to [email protected].
In the event of contractual violations where dialogue and standard resolutions prove unsuccessful, Welfare Group reserves the right to disclose the personal data necessary to enforce its rights or protect its interests to legal entities, collection agencies, or governmental bodies.
For purposes of security and safety, Welfare Group coordinates with and shares relevant information across its affiliated and sister organisations within the Welfare Group.
Welfare Group is committed to preventing the unauthorised processing of sensitive data; any inadvertent incident should be promptly reported to [email protected] for swift remediation.
Our chosen third-party providers only receive data critical to providing their services. All third-party partners adhere to GDPR and maintain transparent privacy policies.
Other third-party entities, in particular payment gateways and processors, maintain independent privacy policies concerning data provided to them for transactional purposes. We advise that you familiarise yourself with those policies. Transactions involving third parties may be governed by jurisdictions distinct from yours or ours, potentially subjecting your data to those laws.
Exiting our website or being redirected to a third-party application removes you from the scope of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Website Service.
