Welfare Group is constituting an advisory board of independent professionals to strengthen its governance framework across regulatory, investment, and operational dimensions. The advisory board will provide independent counsel to the board of directors and contribute to the group's development as an institutional-quality holding company.

The board of directors holds ultimate responsibility for the strategic direction, risk management, and regulatory compliance of Welfare Group and its portfolio companies.
Each portfolio company maintains its own compliance function, operating within the regulatory frameworks of its licensed jurisdictions — including the DFSA in the Dubai International Financial Centre and the AFM in the Netherlands.
Each portfolio company operates with its own management team and board, subject to strategic oversight by the Welfare Group board.
The group maintains risk management frameworks appropriate to the nature and scale of its operations across regulated and non-regulated activities.
