Welfare Group·Careers
A team built from the most demanding institutions in finance, advisory, and communications. We hire experienced professionals who want to build operating businesses to an institutional standard, with the patience and conviction permanent capital permits.
Welfare Group and its portfolio companies employ approximately 65 professionals across Dubai, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Asia-Pacific. The team has been recruited from Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Neuberger Berman, PATRIZIA AG, UBS, Johnson & Johnson, EY, and the BBC.
We hire experienced professionals who want to operate at institutional standard with the long-term horizon a permanent-capital holding company permits. We are not a fund-cycle business, and we don't structure compensation, retention, or career paths as if we were.

Open positions
Welfare Group recruits as needs arise across its three operating platforms. The team currently numbers approximately 65 across Dubai, Amsterdam, London, and Asia-Pacific, recruited from Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Neuberger Berman, PATRIZIA AG, UBS, Johnson & Johnson, EY, and the BBC.
Speculative applications from senior professionals — in investment, regulated advisory, technology, and operating disciplines — are welcomed, whether or not we have a role currently advertised.
What we look for
Tier-one institutional pedigree is the floor. The differentiator is the willingness to operate within a small, accountable team — without the institutional scaffolding of a J.P. Morgan or a UBS — to a standard that holds up against those institutions.
If that sounds like the kind of work you want to do, we'd like to hear from you, whether or not we have a role currently advertised.
